We pour intention, beauty, and soul into every piece that leaves our studio. Because of the energetic and custom nature of our offerings, we ask that you read the following policies with care.

Intuitive Soul Art – No Returns or Refunds

Please note: All purchases of Intuitive Soul Art are final.
This is not a product—it is a sacred co-creation. Each Intuitive Soul Art piece is energetically channeled and crafted uniquely for you, with aligned checkpoints throughout the journey to ensure resonance. As such, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstance.

This policy is in place out of respect for the deeply personal nature of this work, and the energetic preparation and commitment involved. When you initiate your payment for this, you are doing so under the understanding that this is a non-refundable project.

General Returns (Non-Custom Products Only)

If you wish to return a non-custom item, please contact us first at info@erinelizabethartist.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is confirmed and arrives back to us in perfect, undamaged condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the collector.

• Please ensure your return is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.

• Original artwork, framed prints, and any made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@erinelizabethartist.com with photos of the issue.
Due to the nature of shipping, any concerns raised after a significant delay will be assumed to have occurred post-delivery and cannot be honored.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on non-custom products, provided the original item is returned to our studio in its original condition. We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges, and any exchange must be approved in advance.

Because we work with boutique, high-end print partners, the cost of fulfilling and replacing items is significant. We appreciate your care in choosing your piece mindfully.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, with no justification required. This applies only to eligible items in original, undamaged condition.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at info@erinelizabethartist.com.
